"Commissions for a Better Community"
Fund Raising Programs

This program was initiated by our people as a valuable tool to help them make our community a better place to live. This special fund raising program does this in a very powerful way by funneling company commission revenues directly back into the community through our adoption of WORTHY CAUSES.

WHO BENEFITS AND HOW?

  • WORTHYCAUSES benefit by tapping into a new and unique funding raising concept that requires no financial investment in products or inventories. The only required investment is the word of mouth promotion of the Commissions for a Better Community by the members of the Worthy Cause

  • Realtor Associates benefits by the community good will and real estate commissions generated by the program

  •  benefits because the program will generate valuable goodwill in the community as well as advertising and word of mouth endorsements from the Worthy Cause membership. Since the Company's portion of the net real estate commission is being donated to the Worthy Cause, it will not generate commission revenues

HOW DO WE BEGIN?

agent selects a worthy cause they wish to help. The Worthy Cause requests fund-raising assistance. The company determines appropriateness and if accepted, enters into agreement with the Worthy Cause.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Worthy Cause agrees to undertake the fundraising activities required for procuring "Listings" that will generate commissions that will be donated to it at closing.

The Worthy Cause develops a marketing program of its choosing. The goal of the Worthy Cause is to simply ask people planning to sell properties to "List" them for sale through  in support of the Worthy Cause.

  • Sellers will sign a Pledge Card stating that they wish to benefit the Worthy Cause and agree to "List" their property for sale with the company. The Seller, the Worthy Cause and  must all sign the Pledge Card within three days of the taking of the Listing for it to qualify for this program

  • Your sponsoring  agent and our company will handle all aspects of the transaction - from listing to closing

  • The company will administer the sales and accounting process

  • Donation checks will be issued to the Worthy Cause at the closing or check clearing for each property procured by the direct efforts of the Worthy Cause organization

  • Donation check amounts will vary from transaction to transaction. The amount will be determined by such factors as the actual sales prices of the properties that are sold, the commission percentage rate of the Listing, the buyer and seller agent commissions paid, and the advertising costs incurred to sell the property. As a rule the donation amount may range from 10% to 20% of the commission rate agreed to by the Seller and

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR THE PROGRAM?

The length of time that a Worthy Cause may use the Commissions for a Better Communities program to raise funds will be determined by several factors:

  • The amount of money to be raised

  • The amount of effort and participation of the Worthy Cause membership

  • The typical time period will be 30 days but this can be longer depending on the marketing plan put forth by the Worthy Cause  reserves the sole exclusive right to terminate the program at any time if in its opinion, it believes that it is being abused
